How much does bathroom tile installation cost?
Floor area, wall area, tile format and the condition of the substrate. A floor-only job in porcelain is the low end; floor plus a full tiled enclosure in mosaic is the high end. We measure and give you a written number at no cost.
Do you do full bathroom remodels?
No — we install tile. Floors, walls, tub surrounds, shower enclosures and niches. Plumbing, fixtures, vanities and electrical are a general contractor work, and we regularly work alongside one. Telling you this up front saves both of us a wasted visit.
What tile is best for a bathroom floor?
Porcelain, because it absorbs almost no water. For grip, smaller tile with more grout lines beats a large polished slab — which is why mosaic and hexagon are so common on bathroom floors.
Do you waterproof behind a tub surround?
Yes. A tub surround takes the same water a shower does, and it gets the same membrane. Tile and grout alone do not stop water.
How long will my bathroom be out of use?
One to two days for a floor, three to five for floor plus surround, plus curing time before the shower is used. We give you the schedule with the estimate so you can plan around it.
