Most remodeling companies treat tile as one line on a longer estimate, handed to whoever is free that week. We built AC Tile Remodeling the other way around.
Tile is the whole business
Not one line on a longer estimate. The person setting your tile has done it every working day for five years.
Waterproofing is included
Never billed as an upgrade. Grout is not waterproof; the membrane behind the tile is what keeps the wall dry.
We say no when tile is not the fix
If the grout is cracking because something behind it moves, new grout fails the same way. We tell you first.

How much does tile installation cost in Philadelphia?
It depends on the area, the tile format and the condition of what is behind the old surface. Mosaic takes longer to set than large format; a failing shower pan adds a day or two. We measure the space and put a written number in front of you at no cost.
Do you do full bathroom or kitchen remodels?
No. We install tile — showers, bathroom floors and walls, tub surrounds, kitchen backsplashes and interior floors. We do not do plumbing, electrical or cabinetry, and we say so before you hire us.
Do you waterproof before installing tile?
On every shower and tub surround. Water passes through grout, so the membrane behind the tile is what keeps the wall dry. It is never optional here.
How long will the work take?
Most showers run three to five working days once demolition is done. A bathroom floor alone is one to two days. Regrouting is usually one to two. The schedule comes with the written estimate.
What areas do you serve?
